Balancing Agent definition

Balancing Agent means the balancing agent appointed by MDL from time to time to manage the Line Pack.

  • The termination of a Balancing Agent shall become effective pursuant to the terms of Exhibit B.

  • Any existing Customer imbalances and/or adjustments to past imbalances will also become the responsibility of the Balancing Agent upon the effective date of the NBAA.
