Bank Guarantee Request definition
Bank Guarantee Request means a request by Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.18(b) and substantially in the form of Exhibit L, or such other form as shall be approved by the Guarantee Bank.

Bank Guarantee Request means a request substantially in the form set out in Part B of Schedule 3 (Bank Guarantee Request).
