Banquet Facility definition

Banquet Facility means a facility for hire, providing food service and /or entertainment.

Banquet Facility means a space of approximately 12,000 square feet to be used as a banquet or catering facility (or for other uses acceptable to Landlord) adjacent to the Hotel which is operated and managed by a Qualified Banquet Facility Operator or another Person reasonably acceptable to Landlord, to be constructed on the Premises as described in the Project Commitments and the Approved ULURP Application and as more specifically shown on the Approved Plans and Specifications.

Banquet Facility means a building, or portion thereof, for rent by the public which has a principal intended use of holding events, including but not limited to, assembly, meeting, reception, banquet, dinner, lunch, breakfast, dance, concert, or seminar.

Examples of Banquet Facility in a sentence

• Payment in full is due at the time of reservation (50% of rental fee is due at time of Banquet Facility reservation).

• The following are prohibited INSIDE or OUTSIDE during the rental of The Oaks Banquet Facility • Smoking inside any building facility.
