Basic Approvals definition

Basic Approvals means the following land use approvals, entitlements, and permits relating to the Project that were approved concurrently with this Agreement: the General Plan amendment (Board of Supervisors Ord. No. ), the Planning Code text amendment (Board of Supervisors Ord. No. ), the Zoning Map amendments (Board of Supervisors Ord. No. ), the Conditional Use Authorization (Planning Commission Motion No. ), and the Parkmerced Plan Documents, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Examples of Basic Approvals in a sentence

  • Each reference in this Agreement to this Agreement or any of the Basic Approvals or Implementing Approvals shall be deemed to refer to the Agreement or the Basic Approvals or Implementing Approvals as amended from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement, whether or not the particular reference refers to such possible amendment.

  • Upon commencement, Developer shall diligently prosecute to Completion all construction on the Project Site in accordance with the Basic Approvals and any Implementing Approvals.

  • The Parties shall cooperate with each other and act in good faith in complying with the provisions of this Agreement and implementing the Basic Approvals and any Implementing Approvals.

  • For these reasons, the City does not intend to conduct any further environmental review or mitigation under CEQA for any aspect of the Project vested by this Agreement, as more particularly described by the Basic Approvals, except as may be required by applicable law in taking future discretionary actions relating to the Project.

  • Each Party shall use good faith efforts to take such further actions as may be reasonably necessary to carry out this Agreement, the Basic Approvals, Development Phase Approvals, Design Review Approvals, and the Implementing Approvals, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (and subject to all applicable laws) in order to provide and secure to each Party the full and complete enjoyment of its rights and privileges hereunder.

  • It is the intent of the Parties that as the Project is developed all applicable requirements of this Agreement and the Basic Approvals and Implementing Approvals shall be met.

  • Acquiring land and Public Improvements from Developer, by accepting Developer’s dedication of land and Public Improvements that have been constructed in accordance with this Agreement, the Basic Approvals, Implementing Approvals and approved plans and specifications.

  • Consistent with the CEQA policies and requirements applicable to the FEIR, the City agrees to rely upon the FEIR in connection with the processing of any Implementing Approval to the extent the Implementing Approval does not change the Basic Approvals and to the extent allowed by law.

  • Developer shall comply with all applicable conditions of the Basic Approvals and any Implementing Approvals, and shall comply with all mitigation measures imposed upon the Project pursuant to CEQA.

  • City shall take no action under this Agreement nor impose any condition on the Project that would conflict with this Agreement or the Basic Approvals.

Related to Basic Approvals

  • Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.

  • Regulatory Approvals with respect to the Warrantholder, means, to the extent applicable and required to permit the Warrantholder to exercise this Warrant for shares of Common Stock and to own such Common Stock without the Warrantholder being in violation of applicable law, rule or regulation, the receipt of any necessary approvals and authorizations of, filings and registrations with, notifications to, or expiration or termination of any applicable waiting period under, the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations thereunder.

  • Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;

  • Required Governmental Approvals means Purchaser Required Governmental Approvals and Seller Required Governmental Approvals.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Company Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b).

  • Gaming Approvals means with respect to any action by a particular Person, any consent, finding of suitability, license, approval or other authorization required for such action by such Person from a Gaming Authority or under Gaming Laws.

  • Required Approvals shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(e).

  • Government Approvals means all permits, licenses, authorisations, consents, clearances, decrees, waivers, privileges, approvals from and filing with government instrumentalities necessary for the development, construction and operation of the Work.

  • Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Necessary preconstruction approvals or permits means those permits or approvals required under federal air quality control laws and regulations and those air quality control laws and regulations which are part of the applicable State Implementation Plan.

  • Governmental Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

  • Necessary Consents means planning permission and all other consents, licences, permissions and approvals whether of a public or private nature which shall be relevant in the context;

  • Export Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 4.26(a).

  • Product Approvals means any approvals, registrations, permits, licenses, consents, authorizations, and other approvals, and pending applications and requests therefor, required by applicable Agencies related to the research, Development, manufacture, distribution, finishing, packaging, marketing, sale, storage or transport of a Product within the United States of America, and includes, without limitation, all approvals, registrations, licenses or authorizations granted in connection with any Application related to that Product.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Seller Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

  • HSR Approval means expiration of all applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act (including any voluntary agreed extensions) or earlier termination thereof.

  • Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to: (a) general plan, general plan amendments, specific plans and specific plan amendments; (b) tentative and final subdivision and parcel maps; (c) conditional use permits and master plans; (d) zoning, zoning map amendments, and zoning text amendments; and, (e) grading and building permits.

  • Key Regulatory Approvals means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Entities as set out in Schedule C hereto;

  • Special Approval means approval by a majority of the members of the Conflicts Committee.
