Basic Fees definition

Basic Fees means the total fee payable set out in Clause 3;
Basic Fees means the total fees payable by the Bank to and shall bean amount of Rs…………. per month (pm) (Rupees ……………………. only) plus GST or similar tax.
Basic Fees means, as at the relevant Date of Grant, the annual fixed fees paid to a Director.
