Bed & Breakfast Establishment definition

Bed & Breakfast Establishment means a lodging facility within an owner occupied dwelling having no more than four (4) guest rooms, providing common washroom and dining facilities but no cooking facilities in guest rooms;

Bed & Breakfast Establishment means a single detached building where guest rooms are rented for the purposes of providing temporary overnight accommodation with one or more meals to the travelling or vacationing public as per the City’s zoning by-law. Excludes hotel, group home, restaurant;
