BEE Codes definition

BEE Codes means the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice gazetted under the BEE Act;
BEE Codes means the Codes of Good Practice on Black Economic Empowerment gazetted by the Minister of Trade and Industry under section 9 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003), applicable to the Consultant, as amended from time to time;
