Benefit leave definition

Benefit leave means that a full-time faculty member shall be entitled to medical, dental and vision fringe benefits accorded faculty who are on paid leave; and entitled to return to the same or similar assignments held immediately preceding the commencement of leave.
Benefit leave means paid time off for a member in accordance with this Agreement. Thirteen of the provided Benefit Leave days are provided in recognition of the fact that non- union employees of the City receive certain governmental holidays off each year with pay.
