Time Off for. A Representative shall the permission of his immediate supervisor before leaving his work to a grievance, to meet with local management for the purpose of with grievances and to attend meetings called by management. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or his alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the work site has reasonable notice.
Time Off for. Where meetings of the Bargaining Committee occur during working hours, Union members of the Committee shall not suffer loss of remuneration due to attendance at such meetings.
Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on the Labour-Management Relations Committee, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending Management Relations Committee meetings held within working hours without loss of remuneration. Where permission has been granted to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on collective bargaining with the Employer with respect to the renewal of this Agreement, they shall suffer no loss of pay while acting in such capacity.
Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this Committee, who is in the employ of the Corporation have the privilege of attending of the Joint Bargaining Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration. providing that the Corporation has received at least twenty-four hours notice of the time date of the proposed meeting.
Time Off for. A member of the Bargaining Committee, as described in Article shall suffer no loss of pay while attending negotiating meetings with the Employer. In no event shall such attendance result in pay of any sort.
Time Off for. An employee shall be allowed the necessary time off with pay to process the Canadian citizenship application.
Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on the Bargaining Committee who the employ of the Employer shall have the privilege of attending committee meetings held within working hours without loss of renumeration. The privilege applies only when the committee is engaged committee work with representatives of the Employer. In the event that a member of the bargaining is on the night shift, such employee shall have off with pay the shift immediately preceding the bargaining meeting. In event bargaining lasts beyond such employee shall have that night off with pay.
Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this Committee who is in the employ of the Board shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Joint Bargaining Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration. During meetings of the Joint Bargaining Committee, an employee who is on the Joint Bargaining Committee and who is scheduled to work the afternoon or night shift shall have shift rescheduled upon request by the employee to the Superintendent of Business one week prior to the Joint Bargaining Committee meeting. ARTICLE SENIORITY OF FULL-TIME AND PERMANENT PART-TIME Seniority is defined as date of hire. Seniority and the ability to perform the work shall govern all promotions, transfers, demotions, layoffs and recalls. The Board shall prepare and post seniority lists once per year as of August and on or before November After thirty (30) calendar days following November the seniority list will be deemed correct if no errors or omissions are identified. Up to date lists shall be sent to the Union and the Canadian Union of Public Employee's Office.
