Leave Days that shall comply with thePaid Medical Leave Act, as well as Personal Reasons and Vacations.
Leave Days. This is an optional field but should be entered if supplied in the medical record. This will help better define the acute LOS by identifying the time the patient spends out of the acute setting. Same Day Flag – This is calculated using dates or Acute LOS. May be overwritten if required. Valid entries are 1 (Same Day) or 0 (Not Same Day). MHLS * – This field captures the mental health status and is optional but should be entered if supplied in the medical record. The default for this field is 9 which means ‘not applicable.’ Diagnoses Codes – The Principal Diagnosis (PDx) is required. All other diagnosis fields are optional, but if any Dxs occur in the medical record, they are necessary for correct grouping. Procedure Codes - All procedure fields are optional, but are necessary for correct grouping if supplied in the medical record.
Leave Days. A personal leave of absence without pay and without benefits may be granted, upon written request, for a period exceeding thirty (30) up to ninety (90) calendar days. During this period of absence, a secretary may return to the same position and accrue seniority and maintain any accumulated sick leave. If a secretary does not return from this leave as scheduled, she will be deemed to have terminated her employment.

Examples of Leave Days in a sentence

  • Leave Year means the year ending with the anniversary date of the employee’s appointment.

For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Flight Hour means each hour or part thereof elapsing from the moment at which the wheels of the Aircraft (or other aircraft in the case of Parts or Engines temporarily installed on such other aircraft) leave the ground on the take-off of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) until the wheels of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) touch the ground on the landing of the Aircraft (or such other aircraft) following such take-off.
