Benefit Plan Committee definition

Benefit Plan Committee means any committee of the Benefit Plan, including any Benefit Plan investment or administration committee, that is established by the Benefit Plan and that is comprised entirely of Insured Persons.
Benefit Plan Committee means the individuals appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company to administer the Company’s employee benefit plans.
