Billable Message means records of those mutually agreed upon and legally permitted (i) telephone calls originated by end-users through Licensee, or (ii) other services provided by Licensee to Licensee's end-users. Billable Message means any group of data which represents the statistical nature of a single long distance telephone call for the purpose of billing and/or reporting such telephone calls on behalf of the company providing such long distance telephone service to its customers, and can be identified with a valid customer account, rated, taxed and presented to a customer for payment.
