  • During the term of his employment hereunder, except for periods of absence occasioned by illness, reasonable vacation periods and reasonable leaves of absence approved by the Board, Executive shall devote substantially all his business time, attention, skill, and efforts to the faithful performance of his duties hereunder.

Related to Board Executive

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
