BOCES property definition

BOCES property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a BOCES- owned or leased building, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law 142.
BOCES property means any BOCES-owned or leased equipment, building, structure, playground, parking lot, grounds, or land contained within the real property boundary lines of BOCES' schools or centers or in or on a BOCES-supervised school bus.

BOCES property means in or within any building, structure, play area, parking lot, playground or land contained within the real property boundary line of an OCM BOCES facility, or in or on a school bus, Education Law Section 11[1]
