Bond Service Requirement means for a given Bond Year the remainder after subtracting any accrued and capitalized interest for that year that has been deposited into the Interest Account in the Sinking Fund or separate subaccounts in the Construction Fund for that purpose, from the sum of:
Bond Service Requirement means, for any Bond Year, at any time, the amount required to be deposited in such Bond Year into the Bond Service Fund, as provided herein including any Reimbursement Obligations. Examples of Bond Service Requirement in a sentence
The Issuer covenants that it will fix, establish and collect such fees, rentals and other charges from students, faculty members and others using or being served by the Housing System, and revise them from time to time whenever necessary, so that the Net Revenues Available for Debt Service shall be sufficient in each Fiscal Year to pay at least one hundred twenty five percent (125%) of an amount equal to the Bond Service Requirement for all Senior Bonds coming due in such Fiscal Year.

Bond Service Requirement means for any particular issue of Parity Debt for a given Bond Year, the remainder after subtracting any accrued interest paid by the purchasers of such issue of Parity Debt and capitalized interest for that year that has been deposited into the Revenue and Operating Fund for that purpose from the sum of the principal of and interest and premium, if any, and other payments coming due in such Bond Year on such Parity Debt.

If Bonds are Option Bonds, the date or dates of tender shall be disregarded, unless actually tendered and not remarketed, and the stated maturity dates thereof shall be used for purposes of this calculation, if such Option Bonds are required to be paid from Pledged Revenues hereunder on such date of tender.
