Bond Transaction Documents definition

Bond Transaction Documents means the Convertible Bond Purchase Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement, in each case, as amended from time to time.
Bond Transaction Documents means the Office Building Bond Documents and the Garage Bond Documents, when referenced together.
Bond Transaction Documents means any agreement or instrument other than this Agreement to which Owner is a party or by which it is bound and that is executed in connection with the issuance of the EZ Bonds as contemplated by this Agreement, including (a) the EZ Bond Documents to which Owner is a party, as the same may be amended or supplemented, and (b) any Land Use Restriction Agreement with respect to an applicable Phase of the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, “Bond Transaction Documents” shall not include any Financing Document or the Agreement for Exchange of Real Property.

Bond Transaction Documents means any agreement or instrument other than this Agreement to which Owner is a party or by which it is bound and that is executed in connection with the issuance of the Series 2018 Gulch Area XXX Xxxxx as contemplated by this Agreement, including (a) the Gulch Area XXX Xxxx Documents to which Owner is a party, as the same may be amended or supplemented, and (b) any Land Use Restriction Agreement(s) with respect to an applicable Phase of the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, "Bond Transaction Documents" shall not include any Financing Document or the Agreement for Exchange of Real Property.
Bond Transaction Documents means a substitute guarantee duly executed by Purchaser substituting Purchaser for Seller and Seller’s affiliates under Seller’s Guarantees, a release from all of the obligations and liabilities of Seller and its affiliates under Seller’s Guarantees duly executed by all applicable parties entitled to rely on such guarantees, and such other documents reasonably requested by Seller in order to fully release Seller and its affiliates of all liabilities and obligations under the Bond Documents, the Letter of Credit and Seller’s Guarantees.
Bond Transaction Documents means the Convertible Bond Exchange Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement, in each case, as amended from time to time.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.
