All statutory provisions like Contract Labour Acts, Employees Provident Fund Acts, Payment of Wage Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Workman Compensation Act, Sales Tax/Income Tax Acts at the time of submission of Contract and any new Acts applicable to such Contract / Contract labour during the Contract period shall be liability of the Contractor.
Contractor shall be responsible for compliance of all statutory rules, regulation, act enforced from time framed by the government such as Factory Act, Employee Compensation Act, payment of ‘Wages Act’, Minimum Wages Act’, Provident Fund Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Labor Law Act, maternity benefit act in respect of employees engaged by him for the work and shall have to maintain necessary records.
The contractor shall be liable to pay statutory bonus under payment of Bonus Act, 1965 and the payment of bonus (amendment) act, 2015.
The Helpers and Drivers will be entitled for bonus @ 8.33% of the daily wages subject to the wages ceiling under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 which will be disbursed along with the monthly wages as per provisions of payment of Bonus Act.
Bonus as per Bonus Act shall be reimbursed.It is further clarified that if at a particular district/place, wages of State Govt.
