Bonus Recipient definition

Bonus Recipient means any employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that has received a distribution from the Transaction Bonus Pool pursuant to clause First in Section 6.1(b).

Bonus Recipient means each employee of the Company party to a Transaction Bonus Agreement. “Buckeye” is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Bonus Recipient

Bonus Recipient means those persons entitled to receive a portion of the Employee Payments pursuant to Schedule 2.1, which for Xxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx shall be received by them within 10 days of completion of consulting arrangements each for a period of 3 months following Closing, provided that such person has executed and not revoked an effective release of claims.
