BR Tranche Period definition

BR Tranche Period means, with respect to a BR Tranche, either (i) prior to the Termination Date for the applicable Class, a period of up to 30 days requested by the Transferor and agreed to by the applicable Class Agent commencing on a Business Day requested by the Transferor and agreed to by such Class Agent, or (ii) after such Termination Date, a period of one day. If such BR Tranche Period would end on a day which is not a Business Day, such BR Tranche Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day.
BR Tranche Period means, with respect to a BR Tranche, either (i) prior to the Termination Date, a period of up to 30 days requested by the Transferor and agreed to by the Company, NationsBank on behalf of the Liquidity Provider, or the Agent, as the case may be, commencing on a Business Day requested by the Transferor and agreed to by the Company, NationsBank or the Agent, as the case may be, or (ii) after the Termination Date, a period of one day. If such BR Tranche Period would end on a day which is not a Business Day, such BR Tranche Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day.
BR Tranche Period means, with respect to a BR Tranche, either (i) prior to the Termination Date, a period of up to thirty (30) days requested by the Transferor and agreed to by a CP Conduit Purchaser, a Committed Purchaser or the Funding Agent for such CP Conduit Purchaser or such Committed Purchaser, as the case may be, commencing on a Business Day requested by the Transferor and agreed to by the CP Conduit Purchaser, the Committed Purchaser or the Funding Agent for such CP Conduit Purchaser or such Committed Purchaser, as the case may be, or (ii) after the Termination Date, a period of one (1) Business Day. If such BR Tranche Period would end on a day which is not a Business Day, such BR Tranche Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Tranche Period means, with respect to any Purchaser Interest held by a Financial Institution:

  • LIBOR Tranche means the collective reference to LIBOR Rate Loans whose Interest Periods begin and end on the same day.

  • Eurodollar Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Advance comprising part of the same Borrowing, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, if available to all Lenders, 9 or 12 months) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Borrowing or Request for Continuation/Conversion provided that:

  • Subsequent Interest Period has the meaning specified in Section 307.

  • Interest Period End Date means the date or dates specified as such in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms and, if an Applicable Business Day Convention is specified in the Final Terms, as the same may be adjusted in accordance with the Applicable Business Day Convention or, if the Applicable Business Day Convention is the FRN Convention and an interval of a number of calendar months is specified in the Final Terms as the Interest Accrual Period, such dates as may occur in accordance with the FRN Convention at such specified period of calendar months following the Interest Commencement Date (in the case of the first Interest Period End Date) or the previous Interest Period End Date (in any other case) or, if none of the foregoing is specified in the Final Terms, means the date or each of the dates which correspond with the Interest Payment Date(s) in respect of the Instruments.

  • Terminating Tranche has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).

  • Reset Interest Period means each period from (and including) any Reset Date and ending on (but excluding) the next Reset Date.

  • Revolving Commitment Period the period from and including the Closing Date to the Revolving Termination Date.

  • Eurodollar Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurodollar Rate for each outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Alternate Base Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a LIBOR Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Yield Period means, with respect to any Purchaser’s Capital (or any portion thereof), (a) before the Termination Date: (i) initially, the period commencing on the date of the Investment pursuant to which such Capital (or portion thereof) is funded by a Purchaser to the Seller pursuant to Section 2.01 (or in the case of any fees payable hereunder, commencing on the Closing Date) and ending on (but not including) the last day of the applicable Calculation Period and (ii) thereafter, each Calculation Period and (b) on and after the Termination Date, such period (including a period of one day) as shall be selected from time to time by the Administrative Agent (with the consent or at the direction of the Majority Purchasers) or, in the absence of any such selection, each Calculation Period.

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).
