Broker Data definition

Broker Data means information, data and other content, but excluding Usage Data, in any form or medium, which (i) is uploaded or transmitted directly or indirectly by Broker or an Authorized User to HWML by or through the Software Services; (ii) is directly output from the Processing of such information, data or content by or through the Software Services; or (iii) is created by Xxxxxx and maintained by Broker within the Software Services. For clarity, Broker Data includes Broker Personal Information.
Broker Data. Shareholder has obtained from real property owners ("Owners") certain real estate listings for the sale of the real estate owned by such Owners, which listings, together with all related data (which shall include “SOLD” data, i.e. sold date, sold price and one {1} photograph, for the immediately preceding three (3) years), compilations of such data, photographs, materials and information, comprise proprietary information of Shareholder and any other MLSs with which MiRealSource has a Broker Data sharing relationship.

  • For certainty, HWML is not responsible for and has no liability for Broker not storing and backing-up all Broker Data.

  • At any time following the occurrence of a Termination Event described above, the Access Agreement shall be deemed terminated immediately and automatically, without further notice or other action and FAR may immediately terminate Receiving Party’s access to the Broker Data.

  • Only the Receiving Party’s own employees shall have access to any Broker Data or the Confidential Information.

  • Broker-Dealer Agreement means each agreement between the Auction Agent and a Broker-Dealer substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Broker-Dealer Any broker or dealer registered under the Exchange Act.

  • Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.

  • Dealer Information means material concerning the Dealer provided by the Dealer in writing expressly for inclusion in the Private Placement Memorandum.

  • Broker-Dealer Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is registered as a broker-dealer under the Exchange Act or any other applicable law requiring similar registration.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Holder Information shall have the meaning given in Section 4.1.2.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.

  • User Information means User Compliance Information and User Financial Information.

  • Restricted Broker-Dealer Any Broker-Dealer which holds Broker-Dealer Transfer Restricted Securities.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • Shareholder Data means all information maintained on the records database of Transfer Agent concerning Shareholders.

  • Broker Dealer of Record means GWM Limited or any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as broker dealer of record in accordance with the terms of the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).
