Bullion Collateral definition

Bullion Collateral means any CFC Collateral (other than Numismatic Collateral or Semi-Numismatic Collateral) which contains a premium over the then Spot Value of the fine txxx ounce Precious Metal content of any item of such CFC Collateral of 25% or less, which determination is made in the good faith judgment of the Borrower and not objected to by the Required Lenders.
Bullion Collateral means any CFC Collateral (other than Numismatic Collateral or Semi-Numismatic Collateral) which contains a premium over the then Spot Value of the fine troy ounce Precious Metal content of any item of such CFC Collateral of 25% or less, which determination is made in the good faith judgment of the Borrower and not objected to by the Required Lenders.

  • Foreign Collateral means all Collateral of Foreign Loan Parties securing the Guaranteed Foreign Obligations.

  • Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • U.S. Collateral means the “Collateral” (or any equivalent term) as defined in the U.S. Security Agreement or any other applicable U.S. Security Document, together with any other assets (whether Real Property or personal property) pledged pursuant to any U.S. Security Document.
