Numismatic Collateral definition

Numismatic Collateral means any CFC Collateral (other than Bullion Collateral or Semi-Numismatic Collateral) which contains a premium over the then Spot Value of the fine txxx ounce Precious Metal content of any item of such CFC Collateral of 100% or more, which determination is made in the good faith judgment of the Borrower.
Numismatic Collateral means any CFC Collateral (other than Bullion Collateral or Semi-Numismatic Collateral) which contains a premium over the then Spot Value of the fine troy ounce Precious Metal content of any item of such CFC Collateral of 100% or more, which determination is made in the good faith judgment of the Borrower.

Related to Numismatic Collateral

  • U.S. Collateral means the “Collateral” (or any equivalent term) as defined in the U.S. Security Agreement or any other applicable U.S. Security Document, together with any other assets (whether Real Property or personal property) pledged pursuant to any U.S. Security Document.

  • Foreign Collateral means all Collateral of Foreign Loan Parties securing the Guaranteed Foreign Obligations.

  • Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
