Bus Operator Agreement means the Agreement including, without limitation, any and all Annexures thereto which will be entered into between AICTSL and the Successful Bidder through which AICTSL will grant the rights to the Successful Bidder to, operate and maintain the buses, own on transfer during the Period of the contract/agreement as per terms specified in RFP.

Examples of Bus Operator Agreement in a sentence

  • Failure of the Successful Bidder to comply with the requirements set forth in this RFP Document and /or the provisions of the Bus Operator Agreement shall constitute sufficient grounds for the annulment of the award and forfeiture of the Bid Security.

  • APPLICATION These general conditions shall apply to Bus Operator to the extent that provisions in the Bus Operator Agreement do not supersede them.

  • The Bid Security of unsuccessful Bidders will be discharged/ returned as promptly as possible after the expiry of Bid validity and latest by the 30th (thirtieth) day of the signing of the Bus Operator Agreement with the Successful Bidder.
