On Transfer. An employee who transfers during initial probation shall complete the balance of her probationary period in the new position.
On Transfer. 14.3.1 An Employee transferred during the initial probation where the duties and responsibilities are the same shall complete the probation period for the new position minus service in the original position.
14.3.2 An Employee transferred during the initial probation where the duties and responsibilities are significantly different from the Employee’s previous position may be required to complete the full initial probationary period in the new position.
14.3.3 A permanent Employee who is transferred changes positions within the same classification shall serve a full probationary period in the new position only if the new position is substantially different from the former position. If the employee fails the probation s/he shall revert to the position held prior to the transfer or by mutual agreement the employee may revert to a similar position. A permanent Employee involuntarily transferred shall not be required to serve this a probationary period.
14.3.4 If a transferred Employee is reverted to his/her former position as a result of failing probation then the Employee filling that position shall likewise revert to his/her former position.
On Transfer. Employees temporarily transferred to a lower rated classification shall receive the wage rate of their regular classification. Employees temporarily transferred to a higher rated classification shall receive the wage rates of the higher classification.
On Transfer. An employee who transfers during the initial probation, shall complete the probationary period for the new position minus service in the original position.
On Transfer. 11.3.1 No probationary period shall be required of an employee transferred within the Agency to another position in the same classification or re-employed from the re-employment list in another position in his former class.
11.3.2 An employee who transfers voluntarily during his initial probationary period shall complete the probation period for the new position less service in the original position. If the employee fails probation, employment will be terminated.
11.3.3 A permanent employee who transfers voluntarily during his probationary period shall complete the probationary period for the new position less service in the original position. If the employee fails he shall revert back to the last position in which he held permanent status.
11.3.4 Upon involuntary transfer during the initial probationary period to a position in the same class in the same division, an employee shall complete the probationary period for the first position while serving in the second. If the employee fails during the probationary period, employment shall be terminated.
11.3.5 A permanent employee who is on probation shall, upon involuntary transfer to work in the same class in the same branch, complete the usual probationary period for the first position while working in the second. If the employee fails during the probationary period he shall be treated as though no transfer had occurred.
11.3.6 A probationary period shall be served by employee equal to Article
11.1.1 who transfers to a position:
a) in a different classification.
b) re-employed from the list to a position in another classification.
11.3.7 If an employee fails the probationary period under Article 11.3.6 (a) he shall revert back to the former position without loss of benefits.

On Transfer. A Participant will cease to participate in the Plan in respect of all or so many of the Units of the Participant as may be transferred to a third party on registration of such transfer in the register of Members kept by the Manager in accordance with the Trust Deed.
On Transfer. No probationary period shall be required of a permanent employee transferred within their agency to another position in the same class, or re-employed from a re-employment list in another position in their former classification level/occupation in their former agency. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an employee who voluntarily transfers to another position in the same classification level/occupation in a different work setting, or a different classification level/occupation in the same agency, may be required by their agency to serve a probationary period. If they do not qualify, they shall revert to their former position at their former salary rate, subject to any increments they would have received had they remained in that position.
On Transfer. An Employee who has completed his probationary period and who, by way of his request, is promoted or transferred to another position and within three (3) months if their classification is Grade Level or lower or six (6) months if their classification is Grade Level or greater, is found to be unsuitable, will be placed in another position for which he possesses the necessary qualifications .provided such a position is available. In the event that such a position is not available, the Employee's service with the University shall be terminated and upon termination, he shall be granted:
On Transfer. When an employee is temporarily transferred at the request of the Employer, and such transfer lasts one (1) whole shift or more, such employee shall receive the rate for the job to which they are transferred or the rate for the employee's own job he/she is performing, whichever is higher.
On Transfer. Admissions to and withdrawals from any one or more Funds shall be effected in Wellington Trust Company, NA 3 of 5 VERSION 10/19/2010 accordance with the provisions of Article V of the Amended and Restated Plan and Declaration of Trust. To the extent that the Participating Trust is investing in a Fund that has cash flows only on a monthly basis, the Participating Trust directs the Trustee to invest cash received pending investment in a Fund into the short term investment fund set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto (the “short term investment fund”), if applicable. The Trustee will not charge a separate fee with respect to the cash invested in the short term investment fund. Units of beneficial interest in the Collective Investment Funds Trust shall not be assignable and no Participating Trust shall assign, transfer, pledge or otherwise encumber any or all of its interest in the Collective Investment Funds Trust, other than upon withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the Amended and Restated Plan and Declaration of Trust.
