Bus Stop Contribution definition

Bus Stop Contribution means the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND POUNDS (£12,000) per RTPI sign for new RTPI signs at 4 bus stops and FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS (£500) for bus stop clearways at 4 bus stops.

BUS STOP CONTRIBUTION The Owner and Developer undertake to the County Council as follows: 2.1 Not to Occupy the [first] Dwelling until the Bus Stop Contribution Notice has been submitted to the County Council and it has allowed the County Council a minimum of 20 Working Days to consider the same and give to the Owner and/or Developer an Acceptance Notice or Rejection Notice relating to the Bus Stop Contribution.‌ 2.2 In the event that the County Council issues an Acceptance Notice relating to the Bus Stop Contribution pursuant to paragraph 2.1 above the Owner and/or Developer shall pay the Bus Stop Contribution to the County Council prior to the Occupation of the [first] Dwelling. 2.3 In the event that the County Council issues a Rejection Notice relating to the Bus Stop Contribution within the period specified in paragraph 2.1 above or no Acceptance Notice or Rejection Notice relating to the Bus Stop Contribution is issued within the period specified in paragraph 2.1 above then the Owner and Developer shall not be required to pay the Bus Stop Contribution. 3. WAIVER 3.1 The Owner and/or Developer may at any time by giving written notice to the District Council waive the requirement that an Acceptance Notice is required to be issued in respect of the Bus Stop Contribution prior to the payment of the Bus Stop Contribution and pay the Bus Stop Contribution in accordance with or in advance of the restrictions set out above.SCHEDULE 21 BUS INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTION

Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

This Section 4.6 shall not be deemed to affect any right of subrogation, indemnity, reimbursement or contribution that any Guarantor may have under applicable law against the Borrower in respect of any payment of Guaranteed Obligations. Solely for purposes of this definition, contributions made directly by an Employee to a Defined Benefit Plan which maintains a qualified cost-of-living arrangement as such term is defined in Section 415(k)(2) shall be treated as Annual Additions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the numerator of the Defined Contribution Plan Fraction shall be adjusted pursuant to Treasury Regulations 1.415-7(d)(1) and Questions T-6 and T-7 of Internal Revenue Service Notice 83-10.

  • Campaign Contribution means a gift, subscription, loan, advance or deposit of money or other thing of value, including the estimated value of an in-kind contribution, that is made to or received by an applicable public official or any person authorized to raise, collect or expend contributions on that official’s behalf for the purpose of electing the official to either statewide or local office. “Campaign Contribution” includes the payment of a debt incurred in an election campaign, but does not include the value of services provided without compensation or unreimbursed travel or other personal expenses of individuals who volunteer a portion or all of their time on behalf of a candidate or political committee, nor does it include the administrative or solicitation expenses of a political committee that are paid by an organization that sponsors the committee.

  • Employer Contribution means the amount paid by an employer, as determined by the employer rate, including the normal and deficiency rates, contributions, and funds wherever used in this chapter.
