Business IT Systems definition

Business IT Systems means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) in the conduct of the Business.
Business IT Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(a).
Business IT Systems means the information technology systems, including servers, Software, hardware, data communication lines, networks and telecommunications systems, in each case owned, leased or otherwise controlled by an Acquired Company or by any other Seller Business Group Member, to the extent used or held for use in the conduct of the Business.

More Definitions of Business IT Systems

Business IT Systems means all Information Systems that both (a) are owned by Seller Parent or its Subsidiaries and (b)(i) are solely related to, solely held for use with, or solely used in connection with the Business; or (ii) located at a Facility.
Business IT Systems means solely those IT Systems owned, leased, licensed or controlled by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries and used in or necessary for the conduct of the Business.

Business IT Systems means the systems or networks used primarily in the Business or included in the Purchased Assets, or any Personal Data or Intellectual Property primarily used, maintained, or otherwise processed by or for the Business or Parent or any of its Affiliates (in each case, relating primarily to the Business or Purchased Assets).
Business IT Systems means all information technology and computer systems (including Business Software, information technology and telecommunication hardware and other equipment) in the possession or under the control of the Acquired Companies or, with respect to the Business, Seller or any of its other Affiliates, and relating to the transmission, storage, maintenance, organization, presentation, generation, processing or analysis of data or information, whether or not in electronic format, used in the Business.
