Buyer Approvals definition

Buyer Approvals has the meaning provided such term in Section 5.3.

Buyer Approvals means the filings, waivers, approvals, consents, authorizations and notices set forth in Schedule 1.1-BA, in each case in a form not subject to further appeal.

Buyer Approvals shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.5 of this Agreement. “Buyer Disclosure Schedules” shall the meaning ascribed to it in Article V of this Agreement.
