Buyer Facilities definition

Buyer Facilities shall have the meaning given to such term in the Declaration of Easements Agreement.
Buyer Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10 hereof.
Buyer Facilities means any real property, leaseholds, or other interests currently owned or operated by Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries and any buildings, plants, structures, or equipment (including motor vehicles) currently owned or operated by Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Contractor must perform all non-emergency Services affecting the Buyer Facilities between 1:00 am and 3:00 am local time, Saturday and Sunday, or at other times Buyer approves in writing.

More Definitions of Buyer Facilities

Buyer Facilities means the "Parcel B Facilities" and "Parcel D Facilities" under the Astoria Declaration of Easements, together with the respective 11 4 "Buyer Facilities" under each of the Gowanus and Narrows Declaration of Easements Agreements.
Buyer Facilities means the "Buyer Facilities" under the Xxxxxx Kill Declaration of Easements Agreement, together with the "Parcel C Facilities" under the Astoria Declaration of Easements.

Related to Buyer Facilities

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.
