Buyer RSU definition

Buyer RSU means a restricted stock unit with respect to Buyer Common Stock.
Buyer RSU means a restricted stock unit in respect of Buyer Common Stock issued by the Buyer pursuant to the Buyer Stock Plan. “Buyer SEC Reports” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

Buyer RSU means each restricted stock unit granted under the Buyer Stock Plan or otherwise that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time. “Buyer SEC Reports” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Company RSU means each restricted stock unit award relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under any Company Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and subject solely to service-based vesting requirements.

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • Company Option Plan means, collectively, each stock option plan, program or arrangement of the Company.
