Buyer Transaction Documents definition

Buyer Transaction Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

Buyer Transaction Documents mean the agreements, instruments and documents required to be delivered by Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Buyer Transaction Documents means those Transaction Documents to which Buyer is or, as of the Closing, will be, a party.

Examples of Buyer Transaction Documents in a sentence

• The execution, delivery and performance by Buyer of this Agreement and the Buyer Transaction Documents have been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action.

• Buyer has full legal right, power and authority to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement and under the other agreements and documents (the "Buyer Transaction Documents") required to be delivered by it prior to or at the Closing.

• When executed and delivered as contemplated herein, each of the Buyer Transaction Documents shall constitute the legal, valid and binding obligation of Buyer, enforceable against it in accordance with its terms.

Buyer Transaction Documents means the Xxxx of Sale and any other agreement, document, certificate or instrument to which the Buyer is a party and which is being delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Buyer Transaction Documents means this Agreement and each other document to be executed and delivered by Buyer pursuant hereto.
