C ontract definition

C ontract means the Purchase O rder and these T erms, and any amendment thereto which may be agreed in writing by the Seller and Purchaser. “Delivery” means delivering the Goods or performing the Services in accordance with this C ontract at the Delivery Time and at the Place of Delivery.
