  • LIBO Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “LIBO Rate”.

  • Screen Rate means in relation to LIBOR, the British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rate for the relevant currency and period displayed on the appropriate page of the Reuters screen. If the agreed page is replaced or the service ceases to be available, the Lender may specify another page or service displaying the appropriate rate after consultation with the Borrower.

  • Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • Relevant Screen Rate means (a) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in Dollars, the Term SOFR Screen Rate, (b) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in CAD, the CAD Screen Rate, (c) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in Euros, the EURIBO Screen Rate, (d) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in AUD, the AUD Screen Rate and (e) with respect to any Borrowing denominated in JPY, the TIBOR Screen Rate.

  • CDOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the term “CDOR Rate”.

  • LIBOR Screen Rate means the LIBOR quote on the applicable screen page the Administrative Agent designates to determine LIBOR (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page means the display page currently so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates (or such other page as may replace that page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).

  • FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • LIBOR Quoted Currency means Dollars, Euro, Sterling, Yen and Swiss Franc, in each case as long as there is a published LIBOR rate with respect thereto.

  • Reset Reference Bank Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period, the percentage rate determined on the basis of the 7-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations provided by the Reset Reference Banks to the Fiscal Agent at approximately 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on such Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date. If at least three quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided, eliminating the highest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the highest) and the lowest quotation (or, in the event of equality, one of the lowest). If only two quotations are provided, the Reset Reference Bank Rate will be the arithmetic mean of the quotations provided.
