Call Data definition

Call Data means the recorded information necessary to measure and bill each call.
Call Data means the combination of: (i) the industry standard digital data derived from the radio frequency call event originating from a telecommunications carrier's cellular network; and (ii) the CTS-proprietary digital data resulting from the measuring, processing, and formatting of information derived from such radio frequency call event as performed by a System.
Call Data means the specific data associated with each TRS call for which compensation is sought.

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • PRICE DATA The Contractor has furnished a price list for the new period for authorized purchasers. The State agrees to notify all authorized purchasers of the existence of this Contract and to give the specific instructions relative to the procedures to be followed in making purchases under the provisions hereof. Entities making purchases over $50,000 may consider obtaining two competitive quotes from the authorized dealers’ list on this manufacturer’s contract. If this manufacturer does not have a dealers’ list, the manufacturer should be prepared to submit a quote. PAYMENT: Payment for commodities or equipment purchased under the provisions of this Contract shall be made to the Contractor or to the authorized dealer making delivery in accordance with Miss. Code Xxx. §§ 31-7- 301, et seq. (as amended). Such payment is to be made only upon receipt, by the authorized purchaser, of properly certified invoices, which are priced strictly in accordance with the pricing provisions of this Contract.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Company Data means all data, information, Documentation and other Content provided by or on behalf of Company to any of the Company Services.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within the Service by Data Controller, its Agents and End-Users in connection with Data Controller’s use of such Service, including, without limitation, Personal Data.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of data or any form that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic data or content data, by which can be established-

  • Clinical Data means the information with respect to the Licensed Product or the Licensed Compound made, collected or otherwise generated under or in connection with pre-clinical, clinical, or the post-Approval studies for the Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, including any data, reports and results with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services.
