Canadian Confirmation Order definition

Canadian Confirmation Order means the order of the Canadian Court, which shall, among other things, order and declare that the Confirmation Order and this Plan, as they relate to Chemtura Canada, are recognized and shall be implemented and effective in Canada in accordance with their terms.

Canadian Confirmation Order means an order of the Canadian Court, which shall, among other things, order and declare that the Confirmation Order and the Plan of Reorganization are recognized and shall be implemented, binding and effective in Canada in accordance with their terms as if originally made in Canada.
