Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements has the meaning specified in the Canadian Security Agreement.
Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements means a short-form patent security agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit II to the Canadian Pledge and Security Agreement with respect to Patents registered in Canada, a short-form copyright security agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit II to the Canadian Pledge and Security Agreement with respect to Copyrights registered in Canada or a short-form trademark security agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit II to the Canadian Pledge and Security Agreement with respect to Trademarks registered in Canada, or otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Required Lenders or as may be reasonably necessary under the laws of Canada to perfect or protect the Collateral Agent’s security interest for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as applicable, in each case for filing or recording in the Canadian Intellectual Property Office, memorializing and recording the encumbrance of such Patents, Copyrights or Trademarks, as applicable.
Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements means Trademark security agreements, dated as of the Funding Date, entered into by U.S. Primus and Phoenix Bio-Tech Corp, in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements means Trademark security agreements, to be dated as of the Funding Date, entered into by U.S. Primus and Phoenix Bio-Tech Corp, in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements means the Houbigant Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the United States Trademark Security Agreement and the MEM Canada Intellectual Property Security Agreement of even date herewith entered into between Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, and Houbigant (1995) Limited and MEM Company (Canada) Limited, respectively.
Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements means, collectively, the Canadian Intellectual Property Security Agreements to be executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.11 and entered into by and among Collateral Agent, on behalf of Agents and Lenders, and each of the Canadian Credit Parties, in form and substance satisfactory to Collateral Agent.

  • Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Lenders.

  • Patent and Trademark Security Agreement means the Patent and Trademark Security Agreement by the Borrower in favor of the Lender of even date herewith.
