Canadian LIBOR Rate definition

Canadian LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period relating to a Canadian LIBOR Advance, the British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rate per annum for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period appearing on the display designated as Page 3750 on the Dow Jxxxx Markets Service (or such other page on that service or such other service designated by the British Bankers’ Association for the display of such Association’s Interest Settlement Rates for Dollar deposits) as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day that is two Business Days prior to the first day of the Interest Period or if such Page 3750 is unavailable for any reason at such time, the rate which appears on the Reuters Screen ISDA Page as of such date and such time; provided, that if the Canadian Funding Agent determines that the relevant foregoing sources are unavailable for the relevant Interest Period, Canadian LIBOR Rate shall mean the rate of interest determined by the Canadian Funding Agent to be the average (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) of the rates per annum at which deposits in U.S. Dollars are offered to the Canadian Funding Agent two (2) Business Days preceding the first day of such Interest Period by leading banks in the London interbank market as of 10:00 a.m. (New York, New York time) for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period, for the number of days comprised therein and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Canadian LIBOR Advance of the Canadian Funding Agent.
Canadian LIBOR Rate means, in respect of each Interest Period, the London Interbank market rate of interest for deposits in Canadian dollars in amounts comparable to that of the aggregate principal amount of the Installment Notes for a 90-day period which appears on Telerate Page 3740 of the Dow Jones Telerate Service (or such other page as may be designated as a replacement page for such deposits) as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) two business days in London before the first day of such Interest Period; provided that if such rate is not available as of such time, then the rate for such Interest Period shall mean a rate determined by the Offeror, acting reasonably, that most closely approximates such rate.
Canadian LIBOR Rate. For any Interest Period with respect to any Canadian LIBOR Rate Loan, the rate per annum determined by the Canadian Agent pursuant to the following formula: Canadian LIBOR Rate = Eurodollar Base Rate

  • Loans bearing interest calculated by reference to the Domestic LIBOR Rate (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, Domestic Base Rate Loans bearing interest by reference to the Domestic LIBOR Rate as provided in the definition of “Domestic Base Rate”), Canadian LIBOR Rate, Sterling LIBOR Rate, EURIBOR Rate, or U.K. Dollar LIBOR Rate, as the case may be.

  • Except as otherwise provided in the definition of the term "Interest Period" with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans and Canadian LIBOR Rate Loans, whenever a payment hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents becomes due on a day that is not a US or Canadian Business Day (as the case may be) the due date for such payment shall be extended to the next succeeding US or Canadian Business Day (as the case may be) and interest shall accrue during such extension.

  • All computations of interest on LIBOR Rate Loans, Canadian LIBOR Rate Loans and of Commitment Fees, Letter of Credit Fees or other fees shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be based on a 360-day year and paid for the actual number of days elapsed.
