Thereafter, (i) the Canadian Borrower may elect to convert a Canadian Revolving Borrowing or B/A Drawing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing or B/A Drawing and (ii) in the case of a LIBOR Borrowing, the applicable Borrower may elect to continue such Borrowing as a LIBOR Borrowing and may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section, it being understood that no B/A Drawing may be converted or continued other than at the end of the Contract Period applicable thereto.
To request a Revolving Borrowing, the applicable Borrower shall notify the Facility Agent (and in the case of a Canadian Revolving Borrowing, the Canadian Facility Agent) in writing of such request by hand delivery or telecopy not later than 11:00 a.m., London time, three Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing.
If no currency for a Borrowing is specified in any such Borrowing Notice, then the relevant Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Borrowing denominated in (A) with respect to a US Revolving Borrowing, Dollars; (B) with respect to a Canadian Revolving Borrowing, Canadian Dollars; and (C) with respect to a UK Revolving Borrowing, Sterling.
Each Canadian Revolving Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof (or such lesser amount as may be applied and reborrowed in accordance with Section 2.18) and shall consist of Revolving Loans of the same Type made on the same day by the Canadian Revolving Lenders ratably according to their respective Canadian Revolving Credit Commitments.
For so long as any of the Combined Revolving Commitments are in effect and/or any Combined Revolving Obligations are outstanding, the Revolving Borrowing Base shall be comprised of the U.S. Revolving Borrowing Base and the Canadian Revolving Borrowing Base, and allocations between the U.S. Revolving Borrowing Base and Canadian Revolving Borrowing Base shall be made in accordance with this Section 2.7(d).
