Canyon Fuel definition

Canyon Fuel is a "Buyer Indemnitee" under the Coastal Agreement and, as such, has the rights of an "Indemnified Party" under the Coastal Agreement. Consummation of the Acquisition did not alter the rights of Canyon Fuel under the Coastal Agreement.
