Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund definition

Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5 hereof.
Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund means the account established pursuant to paragraph 8.6.1 of this Agreement to hold certain funds for Capital Expenditures.
Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a) hereof.

  • Each Capital Expenditure Requisition shall be deemed a representation by Borrower that Borrower is in full compliance with the terms of this Section 5.5. Lender shall not be obligated to make disbursements of the Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund to reimburse Borrower for the costs of routine maintenance to the Property, replacements of inventory or for costs which are to be reimbursed from any other Reserve Accounts.

  • To the extent that funds in the Concession Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund are not sufficient to pay for any authorized Concession Capital Improvements, the City may pay the additional cost of such Concession Capital Improvements from sources other than the Concession Area Operating Fee, subject to the approval of the City’s governing body.

Capital Expenditure Reserve Fund means the fund to be established and controlled by the City and the Padres to hold funds reserved for payment of the costs of all labor and materials reasonably required to add, repair, restore or replace any structural components, systems components or integral parts of the Ballpark, which would customarily be treated as a capital item for federal income tax purposes.

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).

  • Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means, for any period, Capital Expenditures made during such period which are not financed from the proceeds of any Indebtedness (other than the Revolving Loans; it being understood and agreed that, to the extent any Capital Expenditures are financed with Revolving Loans, such Capital Expenditures shall be deemed Unfinanced Capital Expenditures).

With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is equal to or greater than 0.25%, the amount, if any, by which (i) $1,000 exceeds (ii) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date.
