Neither the Cardmember or any Cardholder shall disclose or allow to be disclosed to any person the Card Particulars of any Card (other than to any Merchant, to the extent necessary for the purpose of effecting a Card Transaction).
If the Card is lost or stolen or the Card Particulars of the Card are disclosed or any Card Transaction has been effected without the Cardholder’s knowledge or authority, the Cardholder or the Cardmember shall report the incident to DBS immediately.
DBS shall be entitled to charge the relevant Card Account(s) in respect of all Card Transactions effected by the use of any Card or the Card Particulars of any Card in spite of the non-delivery or non-performance of or any defect in any goods or services or the failure of any Merchant to provide or make available to the Cardmember or the Cardholder any of those benefits, discounts or programmes.
DBS shall be entitled to charge the Card Account in respect of all Card Transactions effected by the use of any Card or the Card Particulars of any Card in spite of the non-delivery or non-performance of or any defect in any goods or services or the failure of any Merchant to provide or make available to the Cardmember or the Cardholder any of those benefits, discounts or programmes.
The Cardmember and Cardholder shall keep his/her Card(s) secure and shall ensure that the Card Particulars are not disclosed to any other person or entity.

If the use of any Card is suspended or terminated, the Cardholder must immediately cease to use that Card or the Card Particulars of that Card.
