Cardholder Fees means, with respect to any Account, any fees specified in --------------- the Cardholder Agreement applicable to such Account, including annual fees, over limit charges, cash advance fees, late charges, returned check fees, and reinstatement charges.

Examples of Cardholder Fees in a sentence

  • You are still responsible for all Network Transactions and associated Cardholder Fees that are generated from the use of your card.

Related to Cardholder Fees

  • User fees or "tolls" means the rates, tolls, fees, or

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Cardholder Agreement means the agreement between Bank and a Cardholder governing the terms and use of a Card.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • School Fees means the money payable by the Parent/s to the School in connection with a Student’s education, excluding any Enrolment Fee, Deposit or Additional Fees.

  • Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.
