Cash Severance definition

Cash Severance means the Cash Salary Severance and, with respect to a CIC Termination, the Incentive Compensation Severance, determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B attached hereto, as applicable.
Cash Severance means the amount specified in Section 5(a) or Section 5(c), as applicable.
Cash Severance means the sum of the Base Salary Amount and the Bonus Amount as described in Section 5.

Examples of Cash Severance in a sentence

  • The Cash Severance Payment shall be made, and the continuing health insurance coverage shall commence, promptly after the Release becomes irrevocable; provided that to the extent the 60-day period spans two calendar years and to the extent required to comply with Code Section 409A, such payments shall be made or commence, as applicable, on the 60th day following the Date of Termination.

  • To the extent the Executive’s CIC Termination is described in Section 9(e)(i)(B) and the Change in Control is a Qualifying CIC, the incremental Cash Severance Payment and any unpaid Cash Severance Payment shall be paid in a lump sum.

  • In the event that the Company prevails on such action or claim, Executive’s right to receive, and the Company’s obligation to pay, any additional Cash Severance, including any previously suspended amounts, shall be terminated immediately, and Executive shall have no further rights to Cash Severance.

  • Such termination and repayment of Cash Severance Benefits and cessation of the right to exercise shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any and all available legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief.

  • The payment of the Cash Severance Benefits shall commence on the first payroll payment date following the expiration of thirty (30) days after the Date of Termination; provided that the obligation of the Companies to pay such Cash Severance Benefits to the Executive shall be subject to termination as provided in Section 10 hereof in the event the Executive violates the covenants under either Section 8(a) or Section 9 hereof.


More Definitions of Cash Severance

Cash Severance means the Cash Salary Severance and, if applicable, the Target Incentive Compensation Severance.
Cash Severance means an amount that is based on the Participant’s Base Compensation determined in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto.
Cash Severance means the Cash Salary Severance and, if applicable, the Target Bonus Severance.
Cash Severance means a lump-sum cash payment equal to (1) for an Employee in the Gold Benefit Category, one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the sum of the Employee’s Salary and Bonus Target, (2) for an Employee in the Silver Benefit Category, one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the sum of the Employee’s Salary and Bonus Target, and (3) for an Employee in the Bronze Benefit Category, one hundred percent (100%) of the sum of the Employee’s Salary and Bonus Target.
Cash Severance means the sum of Base Salary, Bonus and, as applicable, Prorated Target Bonus as described in Section 5.
Cash Severance shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
Cash Severance means a lump-sum cash payment equal to (1) for a Participant in Category 1, (i) one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the sum of the Participant’s Salary and Bonus Target less (ii) the amount of the Non-Compete Payment, and (2) for a Participant in Category 2, one hundred percent (100%) of the sum of the Participant’s Salary and Bonus Target.
