Cash Trading Account means the Account (other than the CFD Account, the Margin Trading Account, the Securities Borrowing Account and the Securities Lending Account) designated by CGS-CIMB through which the Transactions are to be effected;
Cash Trading Account means the account opened and maintained with the Company for trading in securities, where the Client is required to fully settle the value of any buy order for security before executing any such trade. • Initial Margin is the minimum amount of collateral required to be de- posited by the client for trading securities on margin. It will be deter- mined as percentage of the market value of the relevant securities by the company. The company has right to update and change a securities initial margin percentage.

  • Your money will be administered in Your Cash Trading Accounts at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank within three business days after Your deposit (because of this money in transit there might be a difference between the Available Cash and the value of your Cash Trading Account).

  • Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.

  • Joint Trading Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Inactive Trading Account means a Client's trading account which has not had an open position, pending order, or non-trading operation in 3 months period.

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];
