Casual contact as used herein shall mean contact that was brief and incidental, short in time and duration. “More than casual contact” shall encompass situations where the employee or their immediate family member has spent extended time around a Covid-19 diagnosed individual. What is or is not extended contact is the matter that each office shall have the discretion of deciding in their own right. “Employee” shall include the employee themselves as well as anyone in that employee’s immediate family.
