Catalytic Antibodies definition

Catalytic Antibodies means solely those Antibodies which bind to and catalyze the chemical transformation of a substrate and in which an Antibody binding region is involved in said catalysis.

If applicable, because Products so identified within the scope of the particular licence are developed, made, used, imported or sold, either by the Collaborative Centre or by one of its sub- licensees where so permitted, the Collaborative Centre shall pay to MRC who in turn shall pay CAT sums calculated by reference to an in accordance with financial conditions equivalent to those set out in Clauses 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.6 to 7.12
