CDBG Funds definition

CDBG Funds has the meaning set forth in Paragraph B of the Recitals.

CDBG Funds means Community Development Block Grant funds, in the form of grants under this subpart in- cluding any reimbursements, program income, and loans guaranteed under section 108 of the Act.

CDBG Funds means funding or monies received by the County from HUD under the CDBG Program and then subsequently distributed by the County to the Subgrantee under this Agreement for the purpose of advancing the goals of the CDBG Program. The Subgrantee must use CDBG Funds solely for CDBG Purposes.
