Certificate of Entry definition

Certificate of Entry means a certificate which is given by a person who is a competent analyst and who is competent to give such certificate, and that he has in an adequate and suitable manner tested the atmosphere in the oil-tank or oil-tanks specified in the certificate and found that having regard to all the circumstances of the case including the likelihood otherwise of the atmosphere being or becoming dangerous, entry to the oil-tanks without wearing breathing apparatus may in his opinion be permitted;
Certificate of Entry means a certificate issued by the Association pursuant to Rule 6;
Certificate of Entry means the instrument to be issued by or on behalf of the Government pursuant to Clause 8.1 [Vacant Possession] evidencing the grant of Vacant Possession together with the Rights of way.

Examples of Certificate of Entry in a sentence

  • The deductible shall be the deductible applicable to the relevant cover set out in the Certificate of Entry.

  • For the purposes of these Rules and the Articles of Association the gross tonnage of a Ship shall remain unchanged for each Policy Year and shall be stated in the Certificate of Entry of that Ship at the start of that Policy Year or at the time of entry of that Ship.

  • The cover shall also be restricted only to cover a claim in respect whereof the member named in the Certificate of Entry is insured by the Association, is made or enforced through a person or company affiliated or associated with the member.

  • Subject as otherwise provided in these Rules the insurance by the Association of a ship entered in the Association shall commence at the time and date specified in the Certificate of Entry and shall continue until 2400 hours G.M.T. on the 31st December next ensuing, and thereafter from Policy Year to Policy Year, unless it terminates, ceases or is cancelled in accordance with these Rules.

  • The P&I Club Underwriters (and its Managers) and/or Insurance Policy Underwriters agree that the terms or conditions of this SPECIAL TERMS STATEMENT shall govern and shall be controlling in the event that there are any inconsistent terms or conditions in the Certificate of Entry, insurance policy or document, applicable P&I Club Rules, or insurance provider’s rules.

Certificate of Entry means the Certificate duly completed and signed by the Convener of the PRWC in the format set out in the Appendix to this Incapacity Procedure
