Certificate of Mechanical Completion has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.3.

More Definitions of Certificate of Mechanical Completion

Certificate of Mechanical Completion has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1. The issuance of a Certificate of Mechanical Completion by Owner means the acceptance of delivery by Owner, in accordance with Section 11.2, of some or all of a particular System or Unit, and later when applicable, Phase I or Phase II of the Plant, but does not mean or imply acceptance, approval or acquiescence of all or any part of the Plant or the Work and shall not mean nor imply the transfer of risk of loss to Owner.
