Certificated Area definition

Certificated Area means the geographic area within which Barr Tell is authorized to provide local exchange service and exchange access service as established and defined by the Commission.
Certificated Area means the geographical area that a telephone company is authorized to serve by a certificate of public convenience and necessity and that is defined on the map as part of the certificate.
