Certification Trade Marks definition

Certification Trade Marks means the trade marks illustrated in the Use Guidelines;
Certification Trade Marks means the marks set out at section 1 of Schedule 1.
Certification Trade Marks means the certification trademarks of FSRS authorised by FSRS to be used by Holders of Certificates to depict the satisfaction of FSRS pursuant to these Regulations.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Business IP means Intellectual Property Rights that are used in and material to the Acquired Business as currently conducted and as currently proposed to be conducted.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
